There is a rather large WIP on the TGC forums called TGC Heroes. Now what theyre doing is making a Super Smash Bros Melee type game with characters and levels from games on the forum.



I thought itd be a cool and probably beneficial idea to let them use a few of our levels/characters in the game. Not sure on the whole legal aspect of rights ect, but wouldnt it be cool to see Jack Fantastic in the fray with other "famous" characters from the community? It would also get our stuff known on those forums.



I posted Jack Fantastic, the Minotaur, and the Arena level as ideas. But it is our teams copyrighted stuff, so we need to decided if this is something we want to do.

Im fine with it so long as the following language gets added to it:



Allowing them to use our models and ideas:

BioFox Games retains the rights to the characters, models, maps and ideas submitted by BioFox Games and any BioFox Games staff.

Got an email from TGCH asking for level textures, which means we can assume Arena is at least going to be in the game. I sent in some textures just now.
